Happy New Year!
Thank you all so much for coming out with us in 2009! We had a year of great fishing with record salmon runs, big beautiful steelhead, and rod snapping sturgeon! 2010 is forcasted to be another record setting year starting with a projected Columbia River Spring Chinook run of 470,000 fish! This run could be the largest since 1938! 2010 will also bring a variety of strong salmon and steelhead returns statewide!
First out of the gate we have the legendary wild run steelhead on our local and Olympic Peninsula rivers. These “wild” or native, steelhead will begin to show in good numbers in late January and continue to return to our rivers well into April. This wild run of steelhead offers an amazing fishing opportunity with good numbers of catches, and most notably, a chance at steelhead in the 20+ pound range!
2010 dates offered:
February 6th - 21st, Skykomish River, Jet Sled
February 20th - March 7th, Central Coast Olympic Peninsula, Drift Boat

These trips are full day guided outings with all gear, tackle, boat, bait, fuel, and guide provided. The only items you need are:
- Polarized sunglasses
- Bring a “sack” lunch
If fishing with us on the Skykomish river, anglers will meet us in Monroe or Sultan.
If fishing with us on the Olympic Peninsula we recommend staying at:

The Fish:
The "wild" run steelhead is primarily a "CPR" fishery (catch, picture, & release), but there will be a few hatchery steelhead around to keep if you would like. As always I will clean and zip lock bag your catch for you at the end of your trip.
